CHALLENGE STARTS MARCH 1st AND WILL END ON MAY 24th.

Here you will explore both upper and lower body -- mobility, stabilization, core, & strength movements to help your body tone via the intrinsic muscles (muscles that are deeper). 

It's progressive in the way that after 6 weeks you will repeat the same style of workouts at an increased amount of reps or duration to see how much you have improved in strength. Each workout will be challenging, but totally doable. 

INCLUDED -

- Challenge Fee

- Marble Yoga Set (shorts & bra)

- 1 Upper, 1 Lower, 1 HIIT, 1 mobility, 1 stability workout per week. Main workouts are about 30-45 minutes while the mobility/stability about 15-20.

- Community Forum for chatting 

- Individual guidance by me

- Exercises can be changed within your challenge if you need options

- Macro guides to eat your best!

 

WHAT YOU NEED -

- Water

- A mat 

- Some space to move!

 

You will receive an APP invite if you are not already associated with the Mommin'Out App! You will then create your username and password. I will get you set up in the app prior to the challenge starting with some guidance on how to use the app properly!
