Shipping policy
ALL MOMOUT TEE/TANKS ORDERS ARE ALL HAND PRINTED AND MADE TO ORDER VIA BONFIRE. YOUR ORDER COULD TAKE 3 WEEKS TO RECEIVE DUE TO PRINTING TIME.
EVERYTHING ELSE ON THE SITE LIKE ATHLETIC WEAR, DUPES, KIDDO FITNESS / ACTIVITIES, WORKOUT EQUIPMENT, ETC. COME STRAIGHT FROM WAREHOUSES OVERSEAS. SHIPPING TIME CAN EXPERIENCE DELAYS DUE TO PASSING CUSTOMS. ORDERS MAY ALSO ARRIVE IN 3 WEEKS!
Once confirmation of payment is received, the order will be placed. The order takes about 2-5 business days to be processed. Please then allow 10-15 days for the item/s to arrive. If you have not received the item within 30 days from date of purchased, you need to notify me ASAP via email (info@momminout.com) so I can make sure there was no complications with the order and then we will discuss a refund (if necessary) at that point in time.
All products are shipped worldwide and the fulfillment center is currently located outside of the US. Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments such as weather delays, holidays and customs inspections, the above shipping times are only estimates.
Tracking Number:
You will receive your tracking information via email within 24 hours after the order has been processed and then shipped from the fulfillment center.
Order Confirmation Email:
You should have received an order confirmation email as soon as the payment was received. Please check your Spam folder since some emails can end up there. I will not be responsible for any destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. All customers shall be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering. I will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives in your country and;
- The customer refuses to accept the package or
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package
Mommin'Out & More reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for a refund.
